Shipping + Returns
All physical artwork and ceramic items are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking included so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping: Packages are shipped with care, but I cannot guarantee delivery times or replacement for lost items. I will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if something goes missing.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact me within 48 hours. I will help you file a claim and provide guidance for repair or replacement.

Returns & Refunds: Custom commissions are final and deposits are non-refundable. All sales of physical items are final unless the product is defective or damaged in shipping.
